Timmy Duggan

Olympian/Just Go Harder Foundation Founder

Timmy has been involved with LERT at one level or another since he began with EMSC as a kid. After 7 years on the cycling WorldTour, a National Championship, and an Olympic birth, he has retired from the sport. Timmy, along with Ian McGregor, founded the Just Go Harder foundation, a non-profit organization that creates scholarships that give kids an opportunity to get involved and find mentors in the extraordinary sports of cycling and skiing.

Heather Irmiger

Professional Mountain Biker

Heather was a SMBA rider and coach. She worked her way into a professional mountain bike career, while holding a position as a researcher at the University of Colorado, where she earned her Master’s in Integrative Physiology. She has grown into a multiple U.S. National Champion and full-time international competitor. Some of her accomplishments include a World Championships Single Speed title, multiple Pan American medals, top 10 World Cup finishes and a 6th place finish at the 2010 UCI World Championships. Heather is one of the most diverse and talented athletes of her time.

Ian MacGregor

CEO at Skratch Labs & Former Professional Cyclist

Ian started racing for LERT at the age of 11 and competed for EMSC through his senior year of High School when he transitioned to cycling full time. Ian won back-to-back Under-23 Road Cycling Championships and raced professionally for five years before retiring due to Iliac Artery Endofibrosis. Along with Timmy Duggan, Ian founded the Just Go Harder foundation, a non-profit organization that creates scholarships that give kids an opportunity to get involved and find mentors in the extraordinary sports of cycling and skiing. Ian has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines, and is currently the CEO of Skratch Labs.

Julian Goldman

Co-Founder Boulder Granola

Julian went to SMBA camp when he was 12, 13, and 14 years of age. He went on to graduated from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma WA. After graduation he then spent time salmon fishing in AK, skiing/snowboard, and traveling until he moved back to start Boulder Granola with his Mom.

Joey Schusler

Film Maker/Professional Mountain Biker

Joey has attended 3 World Championships for the United States and finished 2nd overall in the 2012 National Championships. His love for filmmaking spurred from the desire to share adventures and stories with others.

Colin Cares

Professional Mountain Biker

After being selected for Junior World Championships Colin joined the U23 National Development Team and has never looked back. He continues to race professionally and is a true champion of the sport.

Michael Buell

Professional Mountain Biker

Michael is entering into his 10th season as a professional mountain biker. He specializes in DH, 4X, DS, and Eduro racing. He is the Co-Founded, Co-Manager of Team Geronimo, MTB race team.
