SMBA rides generally proceed rain or shine. Please have your child wear and/or bring appropriate layers for the conditions. On days when it is wet, we will try to venture to trails that handle the moisture the best, or head to locations around town where we can work on skills. However, we do occasionally cancel rides for the health and safety of the athletes. While we watch the forecasts very closely in an effort to make weather decisions as early as possible, Colorado weather can be unpredictable and forecasts are not always precise. In the event of a cancellation due to weather, it will be at the coaches, director, and staffs discretion. We will attempt to notify families at least 2 hours prior to ride start, but a ride maybe cancelled at any time. Cancellation notices will be sent out via email.
