Get a jump start on the season with SMBA preseason training. This session is perfect for athletes looking to build a solid fitness base, increase strength and work on flexibility.

On Mondays and Thursdays SMBA will be joining Olympic Sports Performance Coach, Health Fitness Specialist, and competitive mountain biker Joe Horwat for a great preseason-training program and educational experience.

These classes will help SMBA athletes build a stronger, more efficient and injury resistant body by teaching specific training techniques and exercises used by top trainers, physical therapists, coaches and athletes around the world. There will be a strong emphasis on the core, the postural muscles, full body strength and stretching.

On Sundays SMBA preseason rides will consist of base mile training, conditioning, hiking or cycling videos/analysis depending on the weather.
