Get a jump start on the season with SMBA pre-season training. This session is perfect for athletes looking to build a solid fitness base, increase strength and work on flexibility.

During the weekday training sessions we will be in the gym or participating in non-cycling strength.

These classes will help SMBA athletes build a stronger, more efficient and injury resistant body by teaching specific training techniques and exercises used by top trainers, physical therapists, coaches and athletes around the world. There will be a strong emphasis on the core, the postural muscles, full body strength and stretching.

On Sundays SMBA pre-season rides will consist of base mile training, conditioning, hiking or cycling videos/analysis depending on the weather.
